2) Parent Questionnaire,
3) Three 1-inch photos of child,
4)Personal Health Record Form
5)Copy of Child’s ID Card/NRIC/Passport,
6) Copy of Child’s Immunization Records,
7) Copy of Parents’ID Card(s)/Passport(s),
8) Copy of House hold Registration,
9) Copy of Home Ownership OR Tenant Rental Agreement
Tenant Rental Agreement
The plan and arrangement for school visits/tours will be decided in accordance with the status of epidemic prevention and control.
Parent attends an orientation meeting for new applicants on Wednesday, May 26th
Parents and child attend parent discussion and student sample class for new applicants on Saturday, May 29th
Registration for new students is held on Tuesday, June 22nd and Wednesday, June 23rd
Remarks: The above arrangement and dates may be adjusted and/or modified according to Shenzhen Education Bureau policies or for other reasons. Parents will be notified in advance of any changes or modifications.
